About AVA
I am a specialist in VA disability compensation. It’s all I do.
Years ago my family and I needed help navigating the VA process and all the red tape. I couldn’t even get a return phone call from some of the larger Veterans advocacy organizations when I reached out for help. Some of the advocates I did finally get in touch with either didn’t have the answers to my questions or wouldn’t take the time to help. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. I’ve heard this same story from countless other Veterans.
That experience drove me to start AVA and to do things differently. My fellow Veterans deserve better than that.
Veterans seek help from AVA when they want a specialist, someone who will take a more meticulous approach and dedicate significantly more time and attention in helping them develop and win their claim or appeal.
I will work with you through every step of the process. AVA isn’t a mega-firm or organization who won’t return your phone calls, it is a Veteran-owned small business and I work hard to maintain a close one-on-one relationship with the Veterans I help. You will talk directly to me when you call.
I help Veterans with both initial claims for VA disability compensation as well as VA disability compensation appeals.
I also specialize in SMC (Special Monthly Compensation) and TBI (traumatic brain injury) claims and appeals. All work is performed by a Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Agent.
American Veteran Advocacy is Veteran owned and operated.
Accredited VA Claims Agent pursuant to 38 C.F.R. §14.629.

Trained in SMC by the great G. Alexander Graham aka ASKNOD
